By using the ColorScreen website ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides free tools for fullscreen color display, downloading color images, and animated screens/effects (including but not limited to: broken screen, radar, hacker terminal, generic-style boot screens, sports screens, screensavers). The Service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of availability or error-free operation.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial, or lawful commercial purposes. The following is prohibited:

Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to deceive third parties
Using the animated screens (e.g. "hacker," "system update") with intent to defraud, intimidate, or cause real harm to others
Copying, decompiling, or redistributing the Service's source code as your own product
Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the site (e.g. denial-of-service attacks)

4. Third-party content and inspired elements

Some animated screens are generic visual styles loosely inspired by well-known aesthetics (e.g. operating system boot screens, screensavers). The code, design, and graphics are original creations by our team. No official logos or registered trademarks of third parties are used, and there is no affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership with any companies or organizations that may come to mind.

5. Intellectual property

The code, design, and text of the website belong to the ColorScreen team unless otherwise stated. Images you create through the tool (e.g. downloading a color image) are free for your own use, personal or commercial.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge and "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to any damage to a device or loss of data.

7. Availability and changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the Service provider is based, except where mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence apply otherwise.
